Process for Foster Caregivers Claiming Property Damage.

Effective October 1, 2016, the new process for foster caregivers seeking reimbursement for property damage under the self-funded insurance program will be as follows:

Please fill out the following document  Foster Claim Form, and email it to fostercareclaims@novascotia.ca or call the Risk Management and Insurance Services at 1-844-424-4450.
